Dear Sirs,

In attachment you will find information about the 2023/24 short-term conditional session and a sample application for short-term conditional entry.

Completed applications (legible scans) should be sent to the email address of the appropriate dean's office (please check the email address of the employee handling the given field/year of study: https://wpaism.uafm.edu.pl/kontakt)

In a situation where the repeated subject has not been passed (or you do not want to pass the subject from the summer semester under the short-term condition), please submit an application to repeat the subject.

The application for short-term/long-term conditional entry (repeating the subject) should be submitted after the retake session has ended and the Instructors have entered the grades from all subjects into the Virtual Dean's Office.

The fee for each subject passed under the short condition is PLN 120 (for the 2023/2024 and 2022/2023 recruitments); PLN 100 (for other recruitments) will be charged (Virtual Dean's Office/Finance) after consent is granted.

Only those who have obtained the Dean's consent and have paid the required fee may take the conditional exam.
