Regarding to upcoming examination session we inform that student responsibility is timely pass the examination session - summer semester you need to settle till 22 September 2024

In order to settle the semester you need to:

- check if all of the grades are put into Electronic dean’s office (also negative)

- in order to lack of grade you need to contact lecturer directly

Examination session in the summer semester 2023/2024 (regarding Order of the Rector KAAFM Nr ZR/2023/0059 in order to organisation academic year 2023/2024 and organization, terms and mode of pass semester and academic year) lasts:

- for full-time students from 17 June  2024 to 28 June 2024;

retake session from 2 September  2024 to 22 September  2024

- for part-time students from 5 July  2024 to 21 July 2024;

retake session from 6 September  2024 to 22 September  2024

We kindly ask for read below information:

Dean’s office add students to the exams protocols after verification that student have promotion on summer semester and have clear student status and do not have financial arrears.

Students are admitted to the exams on base of protocols.

Regarding to this we kindly ask students to check electronic dean’s office (finance tab) payments for tuition fee, percentage adn payment for repeat subjects, program differences (with term of passing till end of summer semester 2023/2024) and regulated as soon as possible by payment in individual account number several days in advance

On day 12 June 2024 (Wednesday) will be issued by the employee of dean’s office cards authorising join the session (periodic achievement cards). Only students with no arrears will have this card issued (marked) and can join the session on this base. In other way students will be blocked in protocols which results in the inability to put grade on the system.

We kindly ask to check after 13 June account in electronic dean’s office and check card status (Subjects and grades / Semester details / card status). Students with no arrears should see the information: card issued.

In case of questions, doubts or noticing that the card was not issued (despite of clear student status) we kindly ask for contact by e-mail, phone or MS Teams with employee of dean’s office responsible for your field of study.
